Roles & Responsibilities

Candidate should be from Tamil Language Proficiency. (Read, Write, Speak, Understand )
Inbound / Outbound.

Freshers are also welcome with experience in the language mentioned above.

Answering phones and explaining the products and services offered by the company.

Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

Salary – Fresher -12/14 k per month

Qualification – Any

Work Days & Time – Monday to Saturday (9.30 am to 6.30 pm)
