Social Media Manager_WFO_Mulund West

Designation: Social Media Manager

Role:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy for our social media platforms, incorporating SEO principles to ensure content is SEO-friendly.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on B2B engagement and driving various social media campaigns, including SEM, PPC, WhatsApp and email campaigns.
  • Maintain website functionality and oversee content updates to ensure a seamless online presence.
  • Curate engaging content in various formats, including blogs, articles, PDF carousels, static images, videos, and reels.
  • Efficiently ideate and maintain a social media calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and analyzing post-performance to optimize future strategies.
  • Define KPIs for social media campaigns, monitoring and analyzing campaign data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
  • Analyzing the performance of ongoing campaigns and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Running company social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Creating high-quality written and visual content for each campaign.
  • Building and maintaining a strong social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Monitoring the company’s brand reputation and engaging with relevant influencers.
  • Managing online communities and ensuring respectful and appropriate engagement.
  • Responding to comments and messages across all social media accounts.
  • Overseeing customer service provided via social media platforms.
  • Analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO principles.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing social media strategies, particularly in a B2B context for platforms like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Proficiency in driving various social media campaigns, including WhatsApp and email campaigns.
  • Ability to create and curate engaging content in different formats like videos, gifs, images, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure the success of campaigns using relevant metrics.
  • Understanding of graphic design principles to create visually appealing content.
  • Proven ability to build and manage social media communities on platforms like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook effectively.
