Online Events Coordinator Position Available

Job Title: Online Events Coordinator (Work From Office)

Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Employment Type: Fulltime

Experience: 6 months or 1 year experience as an online events and customer engagement Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Event Management:

Assist in setting up and managing live online events and technical training sessions on various platforms (e.g., Airmeet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

Monitor live events, manage chat interactions, and provide technical support to attendees as needed.

Coordinate with presenters and technical teams to ensure smooth event execution.

  1. Customer Engagement:

Coordinate with clients to set-up events and schedules.

Work with the contact center and other support teams to identify and invite potential attendees for events.

Send out event invitations, reminders, and follow-up messages to customers via WhatsApp and email.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses during live events.

  1. Data Management and reports:

Filter and sort customer data to identify target audiences for events.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and attendance.

Analyze event feedback and customer engagement data to improve future events.

Create post-event analysis, creating reports on attendance, engagement, and feedback.

  1. Communication and Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams (Design, marketing, technical, contact center) to ensure effective event promotion and customer communication.

Prepare and share event schedules, materials, and guidelines with attendees.

  1. Design Coordination:

Coordinate with designers to create event invitations, promotional materials, and other creatives.

Ensure all event materials align with brand guidelines and are delivered on time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in event management, customer support, or digital marketing (preferred).
  • Familiar with online event platforms (e.g., Airmeet, Zoom, Teams).
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data management.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Indian languages.
  • Able to work flexible hours for late events and handle multiple tasks..

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM tools and WhatsApp for Business.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) for creating event invitations
  • Tech-savvy, able to manage live event software and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
