Experience: 5+ years in Sales of Automotive Lubricants (Mandatory)
Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement:
– Engage with automotive mechanics and retailers, persuading them to become users or stockists of our client’s products.
– Educate mechanics about offers and schemes launched by the client, assisting them in availing the associated benefits.
2. Sales Achievement:
– Achieve sales targets for the assigned area, leveraging field experience and extensive market knowledge.
– Facilitate the expansion of the secondary retail network for automotive lubricants.
3. Product Mix Targets:
– Work towards achieving the desired product mix targets for the designated area.
4. Brand Promotion:
– Promote the client’s brand through local activations such as meets, campaigns, point of sale promotions, etc.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales of Automotive Lubricants.
– Strong field experience and extensive market knowledge.
– Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
