Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Retailer Interaction:
– Engage with retailers, collect data, and convert them into users or stockists of client products.
– Explain offers and schemes launched by the client, assisting retailers in availing these benefits.

2. Sales Achievement:
– Meet sales targets for the assigned area by collecting orders.
– Utilize field experience and market knowledge to enhance sales performance.

3. Network Expansion:
– Appoint and monitor the performance of distributors.
– Expand the secondary retail network.

4. Local Activities:
– Conduct local activities to generate interest among mechanics for client products.

Requirements:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing of 2-Wheeler & Truck Bearings.
– Strong field experience in the respective region.
– Good market knowledge and intelligence of the area being handled.
