Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Contractor Revenue Officer (CRO) to join AKZO in Kanchipuram. This role requires experience in the paint industry with a focus on sales generation and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:
1. Identify and pursue sales opportunities with contractors in the paint industry to achieve revenue targets.
2. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
3. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure contracts and close deals.

Customer Engagement:
Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth sales processes and timely delivery of products.

Requirements:

– 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Paint Industry.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
– Strong negotiation and communication skills.
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors and key stakeholders.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
