Job Title: User Support Executive
Location: Mumbai (Work from Home with 10 days of training at T7E Mumbai Office)

- Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to promote the company’s products and services, and support in converting leads into sales.
- Inbound Calls: Handle inbound calls from users, addressing their queries and providing necessary support.
- Back Office Support: Assist with back-office tasks related to new projects of the company.
- Social Media Management: Post content on the company’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
- Maintain and respond to interactions on the company’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
- YouTube Management: Maintain and respond to comments and live chat on the company’s YouTube channel.
- WhatsApp Business Management: Manage and respond to messages on the company’s WhatsApp Business account.
- Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English) for handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Proficiency in handling back-office tasks and project support.
- Ability to work independently from home while maintaining productivity.
- Based in Mumbai and available for initial 10day training at T7E Mumbai Office.Note: This position is preferred for female candidates based in Mumbai.
