This role requires proficiency in Marathi or Bengali along with English and Hindi, and involves engaging with customers through chat and phone calls to provide exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
– **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers via chat and phone calls to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
– **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer needs, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
– **Customer Support:** Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions or alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
– **Record Keeping:** Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file necessary paperwork.
– **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
– 1-2 years of experience in customer service, chat support, or telecalling, preferably in a similar industry.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and either Marathi or Bengali.
– Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing skills.
