Quality Control Executive Full Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to join our growing team in Mumbai. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality of our software products by conducting thorough testing and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Quality Control (QC) checks on all software documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards.
• Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clarity, consistency, and effectiveness.
• Develop and write test cases for all software modules, ensuring thorough coverage of functionalities.
• Execute test cases and analyze results to identify and report bugs and defects.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve identified issues and ensure timely fixes.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of testing activities and findings.
• May participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MCA, BCA, MSCIT, BSC IT) with a minimum of 0.6 years of experience (or Master’s degree with less experience negotiable).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Experience with JMeter and Jira (Optional, but a plus).
• Understanding of Rest APIs and Databases (desirable).
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.
• Prior experience in the financial or loyalty domain is a plus.

Salary:

Competitive salary package ranging from ₹0 Lacs to ₹2.4 Lacs per Annum (LPA) based on experience and qualifications.
