Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment by posting job ads and acting as the front-line contact person for applicants.
• Help with onboarding new hires and updating HR records.
• Support employee relations efforts and help with HR projects.
• Handle administrative tasks like filing and data entry.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Should know the Tamil Language
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Enthusiasm and a capacity for hard work
• Strong interest in recruitment
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
