Designation: Field Sales Supervisor

Location: Mumbai & Bangalore

Qualification: Graduate.

Experience: 3+ Years Mandatory Experience in Industrial Lubricants (B2B)

Job Role:

As a Field Sales Supervisor, you will lead a team of 6-7 Field Sales Representatives. Your role involves visiting diverse markets for pan India locations, Promoting Sales for Industrial lubricants, and Motivating the Team to achieve sales targets. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Your primary focus will be on industrial lubricants within a B2B context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and motivate a team of 6-7 field sales representatives to achieve their sales targets.
  • Operations Management: Ensure the efficient and effective execution of day-to-day sales operations, including field visits, and client meetings.
  • Sales Targets: Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve realistic sales targets, providing necessary support, training, and resources to ensure success.
  • Reports Maintenance: Regularly compile and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Present findings to the management team.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, improve selling skills, and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate.
  • Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales of industrial lubricants.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel for Pan India Location.
  • Week Off: Sunday Fixed Off.
  • Must have knowledge of Excel.

Remuneration:

  • Salary up to 45k CTC + Traveling Allowance + PF + Accidental Cover + Mediclaim.
