Job Role:
As a Field Sales Supervisor, you will lead a team of 7-8 Field Sales Representatives. Your role involves visiting diverse markets for pan India locations, Promoting Sales for Industrial lubricants, and Motivating Team to achieve sales targets. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Your primary focus will be on industrial lubricants within a B2B context.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and motivate a team of 6-8 field sales representatives to achieve their sales targets.
2. Operations Management: Ensure the efficient and effective execution of day-to-day sales operations, including field visits, client meetings, and customer interactions.
3. Sales Targets: Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve realistic sales targets, providing necessary support, training, and resources to ensure success.
4. Reports Maintenance: Regularly compile and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Present findings to the management team.
5. Client Relationship: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, improve selling skills, and stay updated on industry trends.
7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
