Job Description:
We seek an experienced and dynamic Project Supervisor to lead our efforts to expand the market presence and drive sales for our client’s products. As a Project Supervisor, you will coordinate and lead a team of MSRs to achieve sales targets and promote the client’s products effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, market intelligence, and network expansion.

Location: Mumbai City.
Educational Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / ITI.
Experience: 5+ Years, Sales & Marketing 2-Wheeler & Truck Bearings (Mandatory) & Team Handling.
Salary: As per industry standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the productivity of all field resources
- Ensure on-ground activities are conducted in agreed formats and frequency.
- Ensure teams are aware and equipped with the information required to conduct their daily activities.
- Managing relationships with channel partners through calls and personal meetings in Mumbai and MP
- Responsible to drive beat plans for complete coverage
- Responsible for sharing day-end reports and sharing field information in WhatsApp groups.
- Interact with retailers to collect valuable data.
- Convert collected data into users or stockists for our client’s products.
- Effectively communicate and explain the latest offers and schemes launched by the client, ensuring retailers are aware of and can avail themselves of these benefits.
- Lead the team in achieving sales targets for the assigned area.
- Leverage field experience and market intelligence to optimize sales strategies.
- Drive distributor appointments to expand the network.
- Monitor the performance of distributors and provide necessary support.
- Focus on secondary retail network expansion for increased market reach.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field sales with a successful track record.
- Team handling or managing experience.
- In-depth knowledge and intelligence of the assigned region’s market dynamics.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively lead and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans for achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to expand networks and appoint distributors effectively.
