Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
– Prior experience working in the Auto Aftermarket or Paints and Coats or Tool
industry in a sales role. (Experience in any one industry is a must)
– Must have experience handling a sales team
– Experience in managing Distributors and Retailers
– Experience managing, training, and directing a sales team.
– Comfortable with extensive travel
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Good command over MS Excel and data analysis
