Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team and help us find exceptional sales professionals. The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to making the final hiring decisions. This role plays a critical part in building our sales team and contributing to our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract sales talent with the required experience.
  • Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with our organization.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and sales team leaders.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for each sales position.
  • Offer Negotiation: Assist in extending offers and managing the negotiation process.
  • Data and Reporting: Keep accurate records of the recruitment process and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR recruiter, ideally with a focus on sales or similar roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales roles and their requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to assess candidates effectively.
