Roles & Responsibilities

Candidate should be from Malayalam + Tamil Language Proficiency. (Read, Write, Speak, Understand)
Inbound / Outbound.
Fresher also welcome with experience of above-mentioned language.

Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

 Salary – Fresher -12/14 k per month

Qualification – Any

Work Days & Time Monday to Saturday ( 9.30 am to 6.30 pm )
