Purpose of the Position:-

The Assistant Manager/Manager – Client Servicing will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the organization's delivery and services. This role involves building and nurturing client relationships through effective communication, planning, and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customized proposals and presentations, collaborating with the operations
    team to provide strategic solutions to clients.
  • Manage the quality and timelines of regular and ad-hoc client deliverables, setting
    clear expectations and meeting targets.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to grasp concepts quickly and think beyond traditional
    methods to exceed client expectations.
  • Analyze data and provide valuable insights to support decision-making and optimize
    client strategies.
  • Maintain the client's database and share weekly MIS and project progress reports
    with clients and internal teams.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients, efficiently transferring and
    aligning client briefs with internal teams.
  • Understand clients' requirements, translate them into actionable briefs, and liaise
    with operations, creative, and tech teams to deliver projects within deadlines.
  • Proactively build advocacy for T7E and yourself within the client organization to
    maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Stay updated on client competition and industry trends, providing valuable inputs to
    enhance client strategies.

Academic And Trades Qualifications:-

  • Essential:-Graduate.
  • Desirable:-MBA (full-time/Part -time) in sales and
    marketing from a tier-2 or tier-3 B-
    School

Work Experience & skills:-

  • Essential
    • 3 years of experience in client
      servicing/account management/BTL
      Activations/Creative agency/Main Line
    • Efficient in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Desirable
    • 5 years of experience in sales and
      marketing/Creative agency/BTL agency
    • Advance Excel and Data analysis
