Experience: 5+ years in Sales Automotive Lubricants (Mandatory)
Qualifications
- Engage with automotive mechanics and retailers, persuading them to become
users or stockists of our client's products. - Educate mechanics about the offers and schemes launched by the client in the
market, assisting them in availing of the associated benefits. - Achieve sales targets for the assigned area, leveraging field experience and
extensive market knowledge. - Facilitate the expansion of the secondary retail network for automotive lubricants.
- Work towards achieving the desired product mix targets for the designated area.
- Promote the client's brand through local activations such as meets, campaigns,
point of sale promotions, etc.
Responsibilities:
- A graduate degree is required for this position.
- Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in sales and marketing of automotive
lubricants is mandatory. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with
mechanics, retailers, and distributors. - Strong market intelligence and knowledge of the respective region.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
