With the switch in the two-wheeler battery segment from flooded to VRLA batteries, the channel for these products started shifting away from battery shops to over-the-counter sales in spares outlets. But AMCO needed an impactful in-store activation to demonstrate intent and ability to ensure offtakes of their 2-wheeler range from spares outlets. 

T7E designed, developed and executed AMCO Khushi for the brand’s top markets. High-potential two-wheeler spare parts retailers were convinced to stock AMCO in small quantities and off-takes were ensured through highly targeted shopper-focused communication and offers.
